This was our second trip to the IBC. What an amazing time. We were assigned the same club (Blues City Cafe) as blues heavyweights Chick Willis and Sean Carney, the later who went on to win the ’07 IBC. We certainly had a great time though, and made a very good showing for the band.

In addition to our two IBC sets, we were also asked by Blues City Cafe to perform after the competition on both nights. These sets featured many outstanding guest artists. We were also picked to participate in the “King of Beale Street” competition on a third night, during which we progressed to the semi-finals which were held at B.B. King’s Blues Club.
